How do I know when my order ships?
When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped out within 1-2 days. This email will contain shipment details, tracking number and a link to USPS site. Please allow 5-7 business days (USA) for your order to arrive after you receive your tracking number.
Which shipping method do you use?
We only use USPS with delivery confirmation.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any reason. By placing the order you agree to our return policy and terms and conditions. Please email mzjenndawn@icevidacosmetics.com for any other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24-48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card and PayPal in US dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit card, PayPal account balances and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information.
We also accept offline payments via CashApp. Details are provided at the end of checkout.
Are Ice Vida cosmetics tested on animals?
No! Ice Vida Beauty products are not tested on animals. Our ingredients are plant based organics and cruelty free.
